so, for an early birthday present, i took my mom to get a pedicure. and she had a sip of my champagne. at least one person i know would have found this hard to believe, so i have provided photographic evidence.
there was a pretty reflection that made the trees look lit up outside at the spa...
...and a mysterious man carrying a very large hunk of bamboo.
