seafarers of catan

last night, we headed over to candise and meghan's to play seafarers of catan, along with lisa k., leslie and cait. before we played, candise broke out some raki, an anise-flavored liquor from bulgaria, which turns cloudy when poured over ice. neither dave nor i fared very well at the game, but we had fun anyway. i especially enjoyed watching our typically mild-mannered friends getting pretty cutthroat and doing some serious trash talking.
