we hosted thanksgiving for a group of friends, new and old, 14 of us in all. the menu was vegan, with the exception of some contraband turkey (which leila really enjoyed). highlights included celebration roast in puff pastry, wild mushroom dressing, braised brussel sprouts, baby spinach with belgian endive salad, green been casserole, celeriac soup and two AMAZING pies (one pumpkin, one pecan) by l.t.
