4th of july

we started independence day off right with my current favorite sandwich - the VLT (vegan BLT) from the little red bike café. after a day of much-needed house- and yardwork, we then headed over to sherri and christie's house for a vegan potluck in a neighborhood that apparently secedes to washington on the fourth of july (oregon's fireworks laws are much stricter). it was a great day!
