after having been made aware of yet another crummy ad campaign by PETA, i joined the other members of the portland feminist action league for a peaceful protest at ingrid newkirk's talk at powells books. my friend, erf, wrote some great blog entries on the event, and we made a few online publications as well. check out the following links for more information about what happened and what response PETA had...
