at day at the races (may in seattle, part 1)

we drove up to seattle this weekend to hang with our rain city peeps. on saturday, we went to opening day of boating season with bryce and julie. we watched yachts, dragon boats and crew races in the drizzle, enjoying a couple of morning beers. then we spent the day in our old neighborhood, wallingford. we stopped in to my favorite seattle bakery, but their refrigerator case labeling was a little unappetizing. we wrapped up the evening with an awesome home-cooked mexican dinner - including handmade tortillas!
