my weekword interpretation this week is culinary in nature - a virtual detour over to vegan cooking club where i posted a recipe for east african nachos. the recipe itself was a detour from lentils over quinoa. enjoy!

nate ba. made these at his and nicole's nine-year friend anniversary party (so fun!) tonight, and they rocked my world. so simple, so deelish!


ONION TACOS GONNA ROCK YOUR WORLD

1. cut onions.
2. caramelize said onions in some oil.
3. lightly brown a corn tortilla.
4. put onions in the tortilla.
5. squeeze 1/4 lime over the onions.
6. apply fresh cilantro generously.
7. roll up.
8. never eat another kind of taco again. seriously.
